Nje semundje e ardhur nga afrika e cila ka pushtuar te gjithe ballkanin, gjendet tashme edhe ne Shqiperi.
Semundja e quajtur Gjuha blu prek kafshet . Sipas inspektimeve kjo
semundje nuk transmetohet nga kafshet tek njeriu, por sjell deme te
medha ne blegtori. Megjithëse ekzistojnë vaksinat për parandalimin e
kësaj semundje, kjo sipas veterinerit Erlin Duqi nuk eshte menyra me e
mire sepse kjo semundje ndryshon here pas here stereotip. “Gjuha blu”
eshte nje semundje e cila transmetohet tek kafshet nepermjet pickimit te
ndonjë insekti. Identifikimi dhe regjistrimi i kafsheve eshte i
rendesishem te behet sipas standardeve evropian per te patur kontroll
tek cdo semundje qe mund te shfaqet tek kafshet e te demtoje ekonomine
blegtorale.
